  • Stéphane Delatte
    Chief Executive Officer and
    Chief Investment Officer

    Stéphane is the CEO and CIO of Keppel Credit and provides the strategic leadership and vision for the company. He has been with Keppel Credit since its inception in 2016 and is directly responsible for the day to day running of the firm. He has 30 years of experience in private credit, private equity and project financing, including over 25 years of experience in Asia.

    Prior to Keppel Credit, he served as Managing Director in Asia for CLSA Capital Partners for 12 years where he was in charge of Private Credit investments. He also previously served as Vice President for Dresdner Kleinwort Capital, Vice President of the Asian Mezzanine Infrastructure Fund, and prior to that as Vice President in the project finance division of Credit Lyonnais.

    Stéphane holds a BSc in Corporate Finance from Kedge Business School and a Master’s in Financial Engineering from Emlyon Business School.

  • Wayne Palmer
    Managing Director, Credit Strategy and Transaction Advisory

    Wayne is a Managing Director focused on Credit Strategy and Transaction Advisory at Keppel. He is primarily responsible for supporting the Keppel Credit CEO in formulating the strategic development of the Keppel Credit platform and the execution of expansion initiatives as well as overseeing the fund structuring and fund establishment processes across Keppel Credit and the Keppel infrastructure equity funds. He commenced at Keppel Credit in 2020.

    He has over 22 years of experience in law and asset management platform operations and strategy, including 18 years in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining Keppel Credit, Wayne spent ten years with the asset management division of CLSA, initially as Head of Legal and then as Chief Operating Officer (“COO”). As COO, Wayne oversaw all operational aspects of CLSA’s private equity, real estate, credit, real asset and hedge fund businesses and sat on a range of fund investment committees. Prior to CLSA, Wayne was a senior lawyer at Clifford Chance with a practice focused on private equity advising a range of global and regional private equity houses and banks on their transactional activity in Europe and Asia.

    Wayne holds a LL.B (Hons) in Law from Leeds Metropolitan University and a post graduate diploma in legal practice granted by The College of Law, York. He is a board member of the Singapore Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, co-chair of its Private Credit sub-committee and is a member of its Advocacy sub-committee serving as chair from 2017-2019.

  • Wei Teck Chua
    Managing Director

    Wei Teck joined Keppel Credit in 2016 and is responsible for the origination, structuring, negotiating and monitoring of transactions at the firm. He has over 20 years of experience in debt financing, with a focus in originating high-yield, mezzanine, structured and private credit transactions.

    Prior to Keppel Credit, he served as an Executive Director in Swissco Holdings, an offshore marine company listed on the SGX. He also worked in the structured finance teams of major financial institutions in Hong Kong, London and Singapore, including Standard Chartered, Rothschild & Co., and UBS.

    Wei Teck holds a Master’s in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

  • Claire Lee
    Vice President

    Claire joined Keppel Credit in 2024 and is supporting the team in the origination, structuring, negotiating and monitoring of transactions at the firm.

    She has 8 years of experience covering sector agnostic infrastructure projects across different financing structures, including project bonds, corporate loans, TLBs, project and holdco financings. She previously worked in the infrastructure financing teams of Clifford Capital and Natixis, where she supported deal principals in the origination, structuring and execution of financing solutions for infrastructure projects globally. Claire holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the Singapore Management University.

  • Samuel Seow
    Vice President - Portfolio Management

    Samuel joined Keppel Credit in 2025 and is supporting the team in portfolio construction, portfolio management, performance monitoring and ESG related matetrs. He brings over 10 years of private markets experience covering portfolio management, investor relations, and external reporting.

    Samuel started his career in KPMG’s audit practice, specializing in the financial services sector. Prior to Keppel Credit, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Partners Group, where he managed the firm’s real estate co-mingled funds and Separately Managed Accounts. Samuel holds a double degree in Accountancy and Business (Banking and Finance) from Nanyang Technological University.

  • Zia Ye
    Vice President

    Zia joined Keppel Credit in 2025 and is supporting the team in the origination, structuring, negotiating and monitoring of transactions at the firm. She has over 10 years of experience across debt and equity capital markets and M&A in Asia Pacific.

    Prior to Keppel Credit, she served as a Vice President at Morgan Stanley, focusing on originating, structuring and executing capital markets and M&A transactions for sponsors, corporates and financial institutions. Previously, she worked at Barclays, where she structured and executed financing solutions and M&A transactions with a focus on the Industrials and Financial Institutions sectors across Asia Pacific.

    Zia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

  • Jamie Goh
    Vice President

    Jamie joined Keppel Credit in 2025 and is supporting the team in the origination, structuring, negotiating and monitoring of transactions at the firm.

    She has over 10 years of experience in the infrastructure sector through project and structured finance roles with Silicon Valley Bank, National Australia Bank, BNP Paribas and Fitch Ratings, complemented by private equity experience with Keppel’s core and core-plus infrastructure strategies. Jamie holds a Master’s in Public Administration (Energy and Sustainability) from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Psychology from the University of Washington.

  • Lynette Cheah
    Assistant Vice President

    Lynette joined Keppel Credit in 2022 and is supporting the team in the origination, structuring, negotiating and monitoring of transactions at the firm.

    She has over 5 years of experience including transaction services with focus on financial and vendor due diligence across various sectors. She previously worked in Deloitte’s M&A transaction services team in Singapore.Lynette holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the Singapore Management University.

  • Edward Lee
    Associate

    Edward joined Keppel Credit in 2024 and is supporting the team in the origination, structuring, and monitoring of transactions at the firm. He has three years of M&A transaction services experience across different sectors. Prior to Keppel Credit, he worked in the corporate finance team in PricewaterhouseCoopers and focused on providing debt & capital advisory services. Edward holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Singapore Management University.

  • Carran Boey
    Analyst

    Carran joined Keppel Credit in 2025 and is supporting the team in the origination, structuring, and monitoring of transactions at the firm.

    Prior to Keppel Credit, Carran was at GenZero and Temasek, where he focused on early-stage deals across multiple industries, including Environmental Services (B2B) and Sustainable Materials. Carran holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with a major in Quantitative Finance from Singapore Management University.

  • Tobias Schmidt
    Vice President – Client Management
    Tobias joined Keppel Credit in 2025 and is supporting the team in client management, marketing, and investor relations activities. He has over 15 years of experience in asset management across private credit markets and retail banking in Asia Pacific and Europe. Prior to Keppel Credit, he served as a Member of Management at Partner Group (Singapore), focusing on business development activities and investor relations in the private credit team. Previously, he worked as a personal banker at German Retail Bank Sparkasse Koblenz. Tobias holds a Master of Science in Business Management, from Koblenz University of Applied Sciences.
