November 2015

Keppel Credit (formerly known as Pierfront Capital) was established by Temasek and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation to focus on the real asset sectors. Achieved the final closing of Keppel Credit’s inaugural fund.

August 2016

Closed our 1st investment in the form of a US$33 million term loan facility to the holding company of a leading Indian renewables player

December 2017

Committed capital surpasses US$100 million with the closing of our 4th investment

March 2018

Achieved our 1st investment exit, less than 2 years after the launch of our inaugural fund

November 2018

Committed capital surpasses US$200 million with the closing of our 8th investment

December 2019

Committed capital surpasses US$300 million with the closing of our 13th investment

March 2020

Keppel formally acquires 50% of the fund manager

March 2020

Achieved the initial closing of our second fund, including US$200 million of commitments from Keppel and Temasek

November 2021

Raised close to US$500 million, including co-investment capital in the second closing of our second fund

September 2022

Announced final close of our second fund, KPPCF, at c.US$700 million investable capital

Keppel acquires a further 50% interest in the fund manager (previously known as Pierfront Capital) and becomes the 100% shareholder
